- 4 Cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sushi vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons oil olive
- 1 packet Splenda or 1 tablespoon sugar
- (optional) one finely julienne red bell pepper
This recipe goes well with pork and roast chicken, it also make a great BBQ or ham sandwich.
